Terms of Service

Humanize Studio is operated by AI Plus ("AI Plus", "we", "us"). By using Humanize Studio (the "Service"), on the web or on iOS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The service
Humanize Studio rewrites and analyzes text you provide. Output is generated by automated language models and is provided "as is" — you are responsible for reviewing it before use.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to: violate any law; submit content you have no right to use; harass, defraud, or harm others; attempt to defeat academic-integrity or assessment processes in violation of an institution's policies; or abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
You are solely responsible for how you use any output, including compliance with the rules of any school, employer, publisher, or platform.
3. Accounts
An anonymous account is created automatically. You may link a permanent sign-in method. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. On the web, subscriptions are sold and billed through our payment provider Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as the merchant of record for web purchases); payment is charged to the method you provide at checkout, and you can manage or cancel from your account page. On iPhone, subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store, charged to your Apple ID, and managed or cancelled in your Apple ID settings. In all cases a subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the current period ends, and free-trial time is forfeited on upgrade.
5. Refund policy
Web subscriptions are sold by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd) as merchant of record, so refunds follow Paddle’s Refund Policy, which AI Plus honours in full: you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase or a renewal charge by emailing support@humanizestudio.site or contacting Paddle, and any stronger or non-waivable statutory rights (e.g. the EU/EEA/UK 14-day withdrawal right) always apply. If you cancel a free trial before it ends you are not charged. Purchases made on iPhone are handled by Apple. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
6. Plans & limits
On the web, the tool requires a Pro subscription (a 3-day free trial is available); there is no separate free tier. On iPhone, limited free use is available subject to daily and length limits that may change. Pro use is subject to fair-use limits to protect the service.
7. Intellectual property
You retain rights to the text you submit. As between you and us, you own the output you generate, subject to these Terms and the model providers' terms. The Service, brand, and software are owned by AI Plus.
8. Disclaimers
We do not guarantee that output will evade any specific detector, be accurate, or be fit for a particular purpose. AI detection is probabilistic and detectors change. The Service is provided without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any academic, professional, or other consequences arising from your use of output. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
