Refund Policy

Humanize Studio is operated by AI Plus. This policy explains how refunds work for paid subscriptions.
1. Web subscriptions (Paddle)
For subscriptions purchased on the web, our payment provider Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd) is the authorised reseller and merchant of record. Refunds are therefore governed by Paddle’s Refund Policy, and AI Plus honours that policy in full. You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or of a renewal charge. Where local consumer-protection law (for example the EU/EEA/UK statutory withdrawal right) or Paddle grants you stronger or non-waivable rights, those higher rights always apply.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@humanizestudio.site from the address on your account, or contact Paddle Buyer support at paddle.net. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method.
3. Free trial
Both the monthly and yearly plans include a 3-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. You can cancel anytime from your account page to stop future renewals.
4. iPhone purchases
Subscriptions purchased on iPhone are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policy and must be requested through Apple, not through us or Paddle.
