The short version: Humanize Studio never stores the text you paste in or the text we generate. It is processed in memory to produce your result and then discarded. Your history stays on your device.
1. Who we are
Humanize Studio is operated by AI Plus ("we", "us") and is available on the web and as an iOS app that rewrites and analyzes text. This policy explains what we collect and why. Questions: support@humanizestudio.site.
2. The text you submit
When you humanize or check text, it is sent over an encrypted connection to our processing service, used to generate your result, and not persisted to any database or log. We retain only a one-way SHA-256 hash of the request (text + settings) so we can enforce rate limits and detect abuse — the original text cannot be recovered from it.
Your humanize/detection history is stored locally on your device only and is never uploaded.
3. Account & identity
On first launch we create an anonymous identity (Firebase Authentication) so the app works with no sign-up. If you choose to sign in with Email, Google or Apple, that identity is linked to the same anonymous account to preserve your subscription. We do not receive your password; authentication is handled by the provider.
4. Subscriptions
Web purchases are processed by Paddle (our merchant of record); purchases on iPhone are processed by Apple. Subscription status is managed through RevenueCat. We receive only subscription status (active / not active) keyed to your account identifier — not your card or payment details, which the payment provider handles.
5. Diagnostics & analytics
We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand feature usage and fix crashes. These collect app events, device/OS info, and crash diagnostics. They never receive the text you submit — we only log non-identifying events (e.g. "humanize succeeded"). You can limit this via your device settings.
6. What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not store your input or output text on our servers.
- We do not use your text to train models.
7. Data retention
Request hashes and aggregate metrics are retained for operational and abuse-prevention purposes. On-device history is removed when you delete it or uninstall the app.
8. Your rights
Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR/CCPA) you may request access to or deletion of data associated with your identifier. Contact support@humanizestudio.site.
9. Children
Humanize Studio is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your region).
10. Changes
We will update this page and the "last updated" date when this policy changes.
